Parent may accompany children being serviced. THIS IS A FULL-SERVICE UPSCALE SALON!! 💕 Washes are included in ALL services!!! Please read the following before booking: 1. Payments Accepted: Through the booking site or cash. 2. Please be on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. “Saturday appointments must be on time. No grace period for Saturday Appointments.” 3. The new guest smoothing experience is MANDATORY. If you are a new client or if I haven't serviced you in 3+ months, you MUST book this service. (Silk press services)‼️ *Disclaimer*‼️ All hair types respond different to products and heat. We are not responsible for heat damage or reverting once the client has left the salon. Silk press Results May vary on different Hair Textures. With consistent appointments, hair will become trained for longevity. 4. Please book all services that you will need to ensure enough time is required. 5. Emergency Appointments are an additional $75. Any appointment scheduled 5:30pm or later or appointments scheduled on Sunday & Monday. *DISCLAIMER* You are allowed to book appointments in advance. Please note that appointments booked in advance are subject to change. If changed, appointments will be rescheduled based on my availability. *DENSITY POLICY* If you have a high density (Thickness), there is an add-on that you must book to have your service accommodated. This allows more time to be added to better assure your experience. The price can vary from $10-$15 additional. *SALON CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY* You may cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment without penalty. You will be charged 30% of your scheduled service for cancellations made 24 hours or less before a scheduled appointment. •No call/No Show: You will be charged (30%) for your scheduled service and will no longer be able to book an appointment. •Same day cancellation: You will be charged (30%)for your scheduled service. Cancellation Policy

I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
