Salon Guest Policy • Only the person being serviced is allowed in the salon. • A parent may accompany children who are being serviced. ✨Please Read Before Booking✨ • Payments are accepted through the booking site or in cash. • Please arrive on time, if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. New Guest Smoothing Experience (MANDATORY for Silk Press Services) • Required for all new clients or any client who has not been serviced in 3 or more months. Disclaimer: All hair types respond differently to products and heat. We are not responsible for heat damage or reversion once the client has left the salon. Silk press results may vary depending on hair texture. With consistent appointments, hair can become trained for longer-lasting results. • Please book all services and add one you will need so enough time can be properly allotted. 🚨Emergency Appointments🚨 • An additional $75 fee applies to: Appointments scheduled at 4:30 pm or later; appointments scheduled on Sunday or Monday Advance Booking Disclaimer You are allowed to book appointments in advance. Please note that appointments booked ahead of time are subject to change. If changes are necessary, appointments will be rescheduled based on my availability. ✨Cancellation and No-Show Policy✨ • You may cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled time without penalty. • Cancellations made 24 hours or less before your appointment will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total. No Call/No Show/Same Day Cancellation: • You will be charged 30% of your scheduled service. • You will no longer be able to book future appointments. ✨Confirmations✨ Please confirm or cancel your appointment when reminders are sent. This allows me to plan my day accordingly and offer open spots to guests on the waiting list.
